Terms and Conditions
We pride ourselves on acting on your behalf at all times. For this reason we refuse to accept commission from any supplier we work with and will not take back-handers.
For smaller events or where we are just assisting a bride with her wedding, we charge a fixed rate per hour. For larger corporate or private events, and where we are asked to provide a complete event and venue management service, we will charge a percentage of the total event budget.
Our relationship with our suppliers is of huge importance and we work very hard to nurture mutually profitable relationships with all our suppliers.
However, as our client, you are our number one priority and we aim to secure you with the most competitive quotes whatever the occasion and whatever your budget.
If for any reason, we are unable to secure competitive quotes from at least two suppliers, we will explain why.
Because we are professionals and because you pay us to understand our industry and the suppliers we work with, we will provide as much additional information and our personal recommendations in order to help you make your decision.
